Step 1: Sourcing the Right Manufacturers
We work with manufacturers who have a track record of consistent build quality — not just the lowest price. This means better materials, more reliable components, and fewer defects.
Step 2: Sample Testing
Before any product goes live on our store, sample units are tested for build quality, battery performance, connectivity (Bluetooth/WiFi), and overall durability.
Step 3: Real-World Use Checks
We test products the way customers actually use them — daily wear for wearables, multi-day battery tests for speakers and watches, and stress tests for chargers and cables.
Step 4: Packaging & Safety Checks
Good products deserve good packaging. We check that items arrive safely, with manuals and accessories included, so there are no surprises on unboxing.
Step 5: Continuous Feedback Loop
Customer feedback and return reasons are tracked closely. If a pattern of issues comes up with any product, we flag it for re-testing or remove it from our catalog.
